Ingredients

  • 2 cup Desiccated coconut (not shredded)
  • 4 tbsp milk powder
  • 200 grams Condensed milk
  • 12 -14 Hazelnuts

Garnish:

  • 1/2 cup Coconut for rolling shredded

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of desiccated coconut and 4 tablespoons of milk powder. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Add 200 grams of condensed milk to the bowl and mix everything together until a soft dough forms. Keep this mixture in the fridge for an hour to avoid sticking and for easy rolling.
  • Take small amounts of dough, put the hazelnut inside and shape them into small balls.
  • This mixture makes approximately 12-14 balls.
  • Roll each ball in some shredded coconut until it is fully coated. You can gently press the coconut onto the balls to ensure that it sticks well.
  • Place the Coconut Snow Balls on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Once the Coconut Snow Balls are set, they are ready to serve. You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

If the dough seems too soft, add a little more desiccated coconut. If the dough seems too hard, add a little more condensed milk.
